Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have programs for children and youth?
Yes!  Our church is a historic church that is engaged in active revitalization.  We have Sunday School, Children's Church, and other activities for our children and youth.  We are also building these activities as we continue to grow with young families and children.

What can I expect from your Sunday Worship Service?
Our worship is inter-generational and values the historic hymns and confessions of our faith.  We also value newer music and expressions of faith in our service and seek to be multi-generational worshipping community together rather than have different services that separate our community based on personal preferences.
What do Children do doing your Worship Service?
We love having children in our worship service!  We mean it!  But we know having children in the pew can be hard for young parents, so we also provide children's church during the second half of the service for young children who might need it.
Do you have a Dress Code?
No!  You will see our congregation wearing both suits and ties as well as blue jeans.  We invite people to wear what they feel comfortable in to worship our God together.

What denomination is Church on the Boulevard?
Our church is an Independent Presbyterian Church. Our form of government continues to be presbyterian and theologically we are committed to the Historic Reformed Faith and Confessions.

Do I have to join the church to participate in service activities?
We invite you to come alongside our church in service and action for the good of our city together.  We also invite you to attend our worship services with no strings attached.
Where can I park?
Parking directly in front of our church fills up fast.  We do have 2 Visitor spots towards the front of our parking lot but they can also fill up regularly.  You may park on the Boulevard and there are wide sidewalks.  We also have permission for overflow parking in the Boulevard Baptist parking lot.
